Personal data provided to this Administration are processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality, as well as fundamental freedoms and, in any case, in accordance with the relevant legislation in force, in particular with the prescriptions contained in the EU Regulation. 2016/679 “General Data Protection Regulation” (hereinafter GDPR), which became applicable as of 25.05.2018. To this end, we inform you that the Data Controller is the Eastern Alps District Basin Authority with head office in Venice, Cannaregio, n. 4314 in the person of its Secretary General, Ing. Francesco Baruffi, and that the data controller implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that personal data are processed in accordance with the aforementioned GDPR, taking into account the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as any risks having different degree probability and severity for the rights and freedoms of individuals.
